About the Team
Our head chef is orginally from Hong Kong and has 30 years experience around mainland china, Hong Kong and Europe. The rest of the kitchen staff are either chinese or from various other asian countries (including Nepal, Sikkim, Singapore) and are all very experienced cooking takeaway and restaurant food for a western and mixed audience. We have 8 delivery drivers at the weekend, 4 packing staff and 4 in the kitchen. We will be putting up some pictures shortly showing our state of the art kitchens and premises. We have a very high hygiene rating, you can be confident of the quality of your chinese takeaway meal.
